Our organic healing wool is made from Austrian sheep's wool from healthy living sheep in controlled organic farming (kbT). It is gently washed without the use of chemicals, so that a high lanolin content is retained after washing.
We attach great importance to animal welfare and environmental protection, which is why all of our products are packaged in an environmentally conscious manner, some of which you can also receive unpackaged. You can get our organic healing wool both loose and as fleece.
Healing wool / greasy wool is an old, traditional home remedy and can be used in many cases:
- anti-inflammatory and skin-nourishing: acts supporting and soothing, for example, for sore baby bottoms, nipples for breastfeeding mothers, or umbilical cord care for newborns
- promoting blood circulation: due to the special looseness of the healing wool and the many air spaces, a pleasant warmth is created with the best ventilation and therefore helps with earaches, sore throats, coughs, or joint pains.
