Organic Pillows

    

The 100% organic cotton inlay fabric is fully certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). This ensures that:

• the cotton comes from controlled organic cultivation (kbA)
• processing does not pollute the environment with hazardous chemicals
• energy consumption and proper wastewater disposal are controlled
• workers are treated fairly, child labor is prohibited, minimum wages are paid, and regular working hours are observed
• the fabric is strictly tested for harmful residues

Our pillow filling consists of 100% wool beads made from Austrian organic sheep's wool (kbT). Organic sheep's wool is a wonderful natural product and offers the following advantages:

• a biological natural product, free from dyes and fragrances, without any additives or chemicals
• sheep's wool from Austrian sheep from controlled organic animal husbandry (kbT)
• it is elastic, very voluminous and therefore a very lightweight natural filling material
• can absorb up to a third of its own weight in moisture and release it again through evaporation
• encloses a lot of warmth due to its structure
• has a high loft and regeneration capacity and, due to its natural wool fat (lanolin), a high self-cleaning ability
• due to its natural elasticity, it is dirt-repellent and does not absorb odors easily (and easily releases odors through short ventilation)
• is durable and cuddly
• is difficult to ignite
• does not become electrostatically charged and absorbs pollutants
