Organic Healing Wool & Wool Fleece from Austria

Healing wool, also known as greasy wool, is gently washed sheep wool that retains a high proportion of its natural wool grease (lanolin). It has been used for generations as a traditional home remedy and as a warming, soothing wool pad.

My BIOWOL Organic Healing Wool is made from 100% Austrian sheep wool sourced from certified organic farming. It is available both as loose healing wool and as wool fleece.

Healing wool is traditionally used in baby care, during breastfeeding and for comforting warmth applications.

My tip: Sheep wool also has many practical uses in the garden, for example as mulch or as a natural source of nutrients for the soil.
